"Dulce de leche" (Milk caramel)
Our "Dulce de leche" is made of top quality raw materials, where the principal ingredient is the milk itself. After milking our cows, our daily milk production is used inmediately for the production of "Dulce de leche" without passing through tanks, trucks, or storage areas where it could spoil.
"Dulce de leche" is made by blending together hot milk, sugar and vanilla. It can be an ideal source of nourishment for kids and teenagers because it provides energy.
It is practical, full of nourishment and can be eaten alone or spread on bread with butter (like peanut butter or hazelnut cream).
"Alfajores" filled with dulce de leche
The "alfajor" is another typical Argentine food product. It is a small cake made up of two cookies placed together with lots of sweet "Dulce de leche" between them.
"Alfajores" are very nourishing and very satisfying when savored with coffee or tea. They are also ideal for your kid's afternoon snack.
Pure bee-honey
PIn the prairies of the Argentine Pampa there are great varieties of flowers with excellent qualities suitable for apiculture.
The pure bee-honey "Granja La Salamandra" is clear and is separated into glass-bottles immediatly after being collected from the hives.
Italian-style mozzarellas
In 1996, La Salamandra inaugurated a small, integrated production line, with Italian equipment and technology. We produced two varieties of Mozzarella: Fior di Latte, made of cow milk, and the "Buffarella®", wich has a minimum 40% buffalo-milk.
Our Mozzarella is very white, very fresh, moist and soft. It is excellent alone, with seasoning, in salads, or as an ingredient in the modt sofisticated cuisine. It is available in units of 250 gr., in 20 gr. "bit-size" "Bocconcinos", and in 1 kilo braids or bars ideal for restaurants.

En "La Salamandra" hacemos culto a la calidad y a la verdad.Para que la confiabilidad en nuestros productos sea plena, y que no quepa duda alguna de que nuestra Bufarella® está verdaderamente elaborada con leche de búfala, requerimos el acuerdo de INTA y ArgenINTA para que certifique la utilización de dicha materia prima.

Además estamos trabajando para obtener las certificaciones de HACCP y normas ISO 9002, sirviendo estas últimas como habilitación para competir en los mercados internacionales.
