It is the main product of the company in its three varieties: wine, apple, and alcohol. The presentation of these products is in PVC and GLASS bottles of 1000c.c.,930c.c., 500c.c., and in practical table vinegar bottles of 450 c.c. we present these products in plastic packs and in cardboard boxes in order to preserve the quality of the presentation from the previous packing. These products are also available in 5 litters containers and in bulks of approximately 200 litters containers.
The wine vinegar is the product obtained from the natural fermentation of a wine. That is, the transformation of ethyl alcohol into acetic acid which is a characteristic component of the vinegar due to the acetic bacterium that need alcohol for its vital functions.
The vinegar is the final product of a process that starts with the oxidation of the grape juice sugar, what allows us to obtain wine first and then vinegar as the final product.
If it is apple vinegar , we will obtain first cider or apple juice and then, due to the action of the acetic bacterium, we will obtain apple vinegar. If we follow the same process and start it from a sugar cane, then we will obtain ethyl alcohol first and alcohol vinegar then.
The best vinegars are manufactured when the fermentation is slow. This is particularly observable when the vinegars are made of wine or apple. After this the vinegar, specially wine vinegar, needs a maturing period for many months when the best quality aromas mature, achieving the appropriate bouquet.
